It's a fact that Kate hates a little about herself.

(Then again, she's picking a less nice place with Chilton because she wants to force him out of his element. She's not as "mean" to Max.)]

[ Luckily Max can afford nice, even at their usual levels. Well... that is to say he's become very skilled at getting meals on the house while funds remain an issue.
